Zeril Cole, 92, of Modesto died Sunday at Hale Aloha Convalescent Hospital, Ceres.
Mrs. Cole was a native of Arkansas. She lived in Modesto 53 years. She had retired after a 20-year career as a civil service clerk for the Army Quartermaster Corps, Tracy. She was a member of Northridge Assemble of God Church, Ceres; she was active in the Ladies Ministries.
She is survived by her children, Rosina "Pat" Theile of Modesto and the Rev. Zona Sandlin of Nice.
A service will be conducted at 11a.m. Saturday at Northridge Assemble of God Church, Ceres. Services will conclude at the church. The Colonial Chapel of Franklin & Downs are in charge of arrangements.
