Yvonne M. Zimmerman, 76, died Monday, March 9, 2009 at St. Joseph's Hospital.
She had lived in Richmond Hill the past 17 years, was a member of St. Anne's Catholic Church and a public health nurse for thirty-five years in Florida.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years, William R. Zimmerman; one son and three daughters; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A Rosary service was held Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. at Carter Funeral Home Bryan Chapel.
The Memorial Mass was held 11 a.m. Thursday, March 12 at St. Anne's Catholic Church.
