She was born to Elmer and Eunella White Fox. On Nov. 3, 1947, she married Billy Phillippe, who died Dec. 10, 2000.
Survivors are two sons, Billy (Diana) and John (Donna), all of St. Marys; a daughter, Sharon (Jim) Gilbert, St. Marys; a brother, Walter Fox, St. Marys; two sisters, Geraldine Petersime and Carol Fox, both of Venice, Fla.; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Deceased are four brothers and a sister.
Services were at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys.
