Kelli Marie (Welker) Webb, 59, of Idaho Falls, passed away March 4, 2016, at her home surrounded by all her loved ones. She fought a very brave and courageous battle with cancer.

Kelli was born February 24, 1957, in Watsonville, California, to Jay LaVar and Dorine Welker. They moved to Idaho Falls when Kelli was 2 months old. Kelli graduated from Idaho Falls High School in 1975 and then attended Idaho State University where she met the love of her life, Jay Dail Webb. Kelli and Jay were married on March 13, 1976, in Idaho Falls. Together, they had 3 daughters, Kristen, Heidi, and Nicole, whom she was so proud of and very supportive in all of their endeavors.

Kelli loved scrapbooking, tole painting, counted cross stitch, and crocheting. She was beyond talented in all she created. She also loved spending all her spare time at their cabin in Island Park. She spent hours riding in the Razor looking for wildlife, especially moose. She greatly cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren.
