Mrs. Neel was born Aug. 6, 1961, at Ord to Carl and Jean (Stewart) Nelson.
Survivors of the immediate family include her husband, Randy of Ord; two daughters, Heather Neel and Michelle Neel, both of Ord; her father Carl R Nelson of Grand Island; a brother and sister-in-law, Jerry and Frosty Nelson of McCook; a sister and brother-in-law, Peggy and Tom Hess of Idaho; stepmother, Ann Irvine of St. Paul; three stepsisters, Audrey Brittenham and Carmen Jorgensen, both of Ord and Mary Jo and Danny Scott of Arcadia; and a stepbrother, Mike Irvine of Minnesota.
