Astrid was a member of the Reformed Presbyterian Church, the Women's Missionary Fellowship, Ladies Aid, and a member of Sons of Norway.
Astrid was a very talented lady, who was a gifted artist, as her many treasured oil paintings will attest. She also created beautiful braided and hooked rugs, knit, crocheted, and studied genealogy. In addition, her green thumb gave her great pleasure in her flower and vegetable gardens.
She was predeceased by three brothers, Carl W., Eide and Erling Refsland.
