A funeral service will be held Monday at 10:00 a.m. at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Brother Adam Davis will officiate. A graveside service will take place Monday at 2:00 p.m. in Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery in Pegram, TN.
Mrs. Patterson is survived by her husband, Ray Patterson; son, Michael Patterson and his wife Samantha; daughter, Angelia Weeks and her husband George, all of Murfreesboro; sister, Pat Booth; brother, David Medford and his wife Linda, all of Memphis, TN; five grandchildren, Elisabeth Weeks, George Weeks Jr., William Weeks, Taylor Patterson and Michael Patterson; and several extended family members.
Mrs. Patterson was a member of Belle Aire Baptist Church. She was retired with the Nashville Metro School System, last serving as School Secretary with Oliver Middle School. She was a devoted fan of the University of Tennessee sports, especially football and women’s basketball. Mrs. Patterson also loved volunteering with Sunday school at her church and was an avid bowler. She was very devoted to her family, especially her precious grandchildren.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Visitation will be Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Woodfin Memorial Chapel.
