Louise Jordan, age 96, of McKinney, Texas, passed away March 2, 2016. Louise was born February 20, 1920 to George W. (Roy) and Nettie Jo (Shiply) Turner. She married Tommy Joe Jordan on October 12, 1939, in Kaufman, Texas. Louise Jordan was a member of Community North Baptist Church in McKinney. She is survived by her grandsons, Chris Gracy and wife, Jennifer of Melissa, Texas, Troy Jordan of Colorado, and Aaron Jordan of McKinney, Texas; numerous great-grandchildren; great-great-grandson, Easton, with whom she shared a birthday. She was preceded in death by her sister, Lois Jo Turner Pond (Lodie) husband, Tom J. Jordan, son, Joe Robert Jordan, and parents. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, March 6, 2016, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel in Allen, Texas. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen. The family will receive friends during a visitation one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
