Probable Fatal Fall.
A workman named A. P. Dahl, living at 919 Twenty-fifth avenue south, was probably fatally injured yesterday afternoon while at work on the center pier of the Northern Pacific bridge. While in the act of leaning over the edge to prevent a stone from falling on another workman below him, he lost his balance and fell a distance of 11 feet, striking on his forehead and fracturing his skull. He was removed to his home. Dahl has a wife and five children.

A. J. [sic] Dahl, the workman injured on Monday by falling from the Northern Pacific bridge pier, died yesterday from his injuries. Acting coroner Spring was notified, but decided not to hold an inquest, as the accident seemed to have been purely accidental.
