A resident of Denham Springs passed away at her home late Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at the age of 87. Visitation will be held at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs on Monday, March 7, 2016 from 5:00 pm until 9:00pm. Visitation on Tuesday will resume at 9:00am. Rev. Jack Wells and Rev. Paul Cannon will conduct funeral services at 11:00am. Burial will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park. She is survived by her daughter, Gwen Causey Slaton; son and daughter-in-law, John Randy and Jeannie Causey; nine grandchildren, Candace, Brandi, Alisha, Chris, Elizabeth, Lauren, Beau, Aaron and Lucas; eleven great-grandchildren, Ben, Ashlyn, Kyleigh, Alyssa, Sayer, Stella, Kassidy, Keyton, MacKenzie, Jacob, and Rebecca, twin sister, Maggie Lee Campbell, brother, Paul Cannon and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Retha Cannon, her husband Johnnie Causey, grandson Devin Slaton, great-grandson, Landon Carney, two sisters, Lucille Keller and Joyce Grantham.
