Bob Brill, 90, passed away March 3, 2016. He was born in Austin, Texas October 19, 1925 to Arno William and Kathleen Inks Brill.
He was raised in the Lake Travis area. Only a few months after turning 17 he made the decision to serve his country and joined the United States Marine Corp serving in the Pacific Theatre during World War II receiving an honorable discharge in December of 1945.
After the Marine Corps he graduated the University of Tulsa with a degree in geology. At 38 Bob moved his family to Littleton, Colorado where he worked as a Petroleum Geologist.
Preceded in death by his wife, Alice Adele in 2009, brother, Bill Brill and sister, Ida Nell Connally.
A committal service with Military Honors will be at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery.
