Mrs. Ford was a retired teacher from the Memphis City school system and spent her entire teaching career as a sixth grade teacher at La Rose Elementary School. Mrs. Ford was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Henry C. Ford, Sr. and son, Michael Anthony Ford. She leaves one son, Henry C. Ford, Jr. (Alder) of Memphis, and two daughters, Carol Ford Beasley of Memphis, and Claire Ford Hopkins (Ronald) of San Diego, CA, five grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
