Louise Wooleyhan, 92, of Sudlersville died Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2007, in Chester River Hospital. Mrs. Wooleyhan was born in Queen Anne's County, the daughter of the late Louis and Bertha Meredith Anderson. Mrs. Wooleyhan was a devote Christian, and truly served her church. She was a member of the Downs Chapel Church, Clayton, Del., where she served as president for many years of the Ladies Aides of the church. She was also a member of the Temple Grange; she served on the executive committee of the Sudlersville High School Alumni Association, where she graduated in 1931. She was a member of the Templeville Homemakers Club, the Top of the Hill Club of Sudlersville, and was also a member of the Busic's Church Ladies Aides.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Wooleyhan was preceded in death by her husband, James Alfred Wooleyhan in 1990, a son, James Richard Wooleyhan in 1991, and a sister, Nora Smith. She is survived by three daughters, one sister, seven grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and four great, great grandchildren.
