Bruce D. Patterson, 78, of Walnutport, passed away Sunday, February 28, 2016, in his home. Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Archie W. and Mildred E. (Warg) Patterson, Sr.
He was a graduate of Allen High School and Spartan School of Aeronautics. Prior to retiring from Walgreens as a programmer in 2000, he was employed at Kraft Foods. Previously, Bruce was employed in the airline industry as a mechanic and group leader.
Survivors: son, Dr. Dwight Michael Patterson and wife, Elena, Getzville NY; grandchildren, Danika, John, Catherine. Brothers, Archie W., Jr. and Russell W., preceded him in death.
Services: 10:30 AM Friday in STEPHENS FUNERAL HOME, INC. 274 N. Krocks Rd. Allentown. Call 9:30 AM until service time. Interment will be in Arlington Memorial Park, Whitehall.
