Scott Evan Ellis, 51, of Brevard, NC; died Tuesday, in Covent, St. James Parish, LA; He and his work buddy, David Swan were two victims killed in the EF3 tornado in Convent, LA.
He was the son of the late Larry Jack Ellis and Mary Evelyn Ball Barton Ellis. Also preceded in death by a younger brother, Martin Dirk Ellis.
Private family services were held at Dunn's Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
