Doris Lorene Spradlin began her humble and caring life on April 1, 1927 in Pikeville, Kentucky. She blessed the union of her parents, the late Marvin and Bessie Harmon.
Doris was joined in marriage to James Kelly Spradlin on May 22, 1944. James preceded her in death on September 27, 1994, along with their son, Larry in 1948 at birth.
Doris worked in factories, restaurants and as a homemaker. Her love for her family was enormous. She assisted in raising a number of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Doris was a member of the VFW and American Legion for 50 years in Mason, Ohio. She enjoyed the outdoors, music, animals, church and shopping.
