Billie was born on January 27, 1919 to the late William and Ida Smith Birkman near Whitewater.
She married Willard Wayne Smith on March 21, 1936 and he preceded her in death on September 11, 1992.
She is a member of the First Baptist Church in Delta.
Survivors are a brother William Brikman Jr. of Advance; a daughter-in-law Janet Smith of Cape Girardeau and a son –in-law Leland Graviett of Farmington; Five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren.
Besides her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by 1 son, Jerry W. Smith and 1 daughter Sandra Graviett; 4 sisters and 1 brother.
