Norma grew up and attended school in Crocker, Missouri. She married Clyde "Shorty" Frazier and together they made their home in Missouri and Illinois. In 1960 they moved to Oklahoma.
In her spare time she enjoyed fishing, quilting, canning, making jelly, gardening, and cooking.

4 sons: Roger Frazier and wife Donna of Elmore City, Oklahoma
Joe Frazier and wife Jane of Elmore City, Oklahoma
Don Frazier and wife Sandra of Elmore City, Oklahoma
Richard Frazier and wife Edith of Macomb, Oklahoma
2 sisters: Lola Payne of Saint Louis, Missouri
Dean Caldwell of Chicago, Illinois
8 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren

Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, March 3, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in the Wooster Funeral Home Chapel in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. Interment will be in the Crocker Cemetery in Crocker, Missouri.
