Vincent J. Fragale, 73, of Liberty St., Oswego, died Thursday. He is survived by brothers Louis (Lindalee) Fragale of Oswego and Larry (Nancy) Fragale of Schenectady; his sister, Florence Hutchinson of Oswego and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews. Funeral services will be held Thursday 9 a.m. in the Sugar and Scanlon Funeral Home. Burial will be in St. Peter's Cemetery, Oswego. Calling hours will be Wednesday 4 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home, 147 West Fourth St. Oswego.
