Sadie Hagerman-Jones, 78, of Threeforks, WV, passed away Friday February 26, 2016, at her residence, following a lengthy illness, surrounded by her loving family and special friend Teresa Clark by her side.
Sadie was born June 10, 1937 in McDowell County, WV, a daughter of the late Nettie Hatfield-Hagerman-Justice (1918-1992) and Blaine Hagerman (1913-Deceased). She was a retired CNA.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her step-father Everett Justice (1917-1952), her daughter, Virginia Louise Hagerman-Greenwall (Deceased) , and her grandson Charles Nelson Keen (Deceased).
Loved ones left to carry her memory are a daughter, Carol Keen and husband Kenneth Keen also of Threeforks; a son, Terry Horn and wife Carol of Thomasville, NC; three sisters, June Horn of North Tazwell, VA Lucille Christian and husband Oral "Buddy" Christian of Raysal, WV, Edna Parala of Chicago, IL; a brother, Everette "Pete" Justice and companion Phyllis Honaker of Turkey Branch Rd, WV; four grandchildren, Michele Greenwall, Brittnee Lynn Horn, Charles James "CJ" Greenwall and Joseph Riley Greenwall; 5 great grandkids, ShaHanna, Ethan, Gabriel, Blake and Blair Greenwall; and all of her loving friends.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday March 2, 2016 at 1 p.m. at the Community Church of the Living God in Threeforks, WV. With Pastor Tommy Addair and Reverend Hubert Sweeney officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be family and friends. Burial will follow in the Hatfield Cemetery in Threeforks, near Jolo, WV
