E.J. was predeceased by her loving husband of 60 years, Edward John Focke, Sr. Devoted mother of Lyn and Dan Liming, John and Cynthia Focke, Elaine and Dave Taggart, and Jamey and Sheri Focke. Loving grandmother of Erin Focke, Kim and Duane Gorenflo, David Harrison and Denise Braddy, Lara and Phil Sheridan, Liz Focke, Becca Focke, David Taggart, Jeanie Taggart. Dear great-grandmother of Courtney Gorenflo, Nick Liming, the late Patrick Sheridan, Hailley Sheridan, Sean Sheridan, Teagan Sheridan, Andrew "A.J." Gorenflo, and Ethan Harrison-Braddy. Dear sister-in-law to Margie Focke and Joan Focke. Preceded in death by her loving parents Mollie and Chester Palmer, brother Walter C. "Pete" and Margie Palmer, sister Vera and Jack Schmidt, brother-in-laws Jim and Elmer Focke. E.J. was active at Bond Hill Elementary School, a founding member of the School for Creative and Performing Arts, an active member of Bond Hill Presbyterian Church, and a Registered Nurse at Deaconess Hospital for many years. Visitation will be Saturday, March 5, 2016, 9-11 AM, at Gwen Mooney Funeral Home, 4389 Spring Grove Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45223, Service 11 AM, with entombment to follow in Spring Grove Cemetery.
