Logan Durham
SNOW CAMP-Logan Durham, 81, of Snow Camp, died at his residence this morning at 9:30 o'clock following several years failing health and 20 critical illness.
A native of Alamance County, he was the son of the late David H, and Ruth Ellen Stuart Durham. He was a member of Cane Creek Friends Church, and was a retired farmer and carpenter.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Mary Stout Durham of the home; one son, William B. Durham of Snow Camp; two brothers, Albert Durham of Snow Camp and Hardy Durham of St. Louis, Mo.; one sister, Mrs. Allen J. Marshburn of Guilford College; and one grandson.
Final rites will be held Thursday afternoon at 3 o'clock at the Cane Creek Friends Church. Rev. Robert O. Crow, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
The body will remain at the McClure Funeral Home in Graham until taken to the church to lie in state 30 minutes prior to the service.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Cane Creek Friends Church Cemetery Fund.
