DUANE A. MORGAN SR., 42, of 308 Buckley Road, Liverpool, died yesterday morning on his way to work.
The medical examiner's office said he died as a result of a heart seizure. Mr. Morgan's body was found in his snow-covered car yesterday on Route 690. The car was discovered about 7 a.m. parked in the Fairgrounds exit. He was pronounced dead in the car.
He was a life resident of Liverpool and was a superintendent at Longley-Jones Associates, a real estate firm.
He was a veteran of World War II and a member of Laborers Local 333.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Therese Carlin Morgan; two sons, Duane A. Jr. and Scott A. Morgan; two daughters, the Misses Mary Elizabeth and Melissa Morgan, all of Liverpool; three brothers, Homer, Harlan and Donald Morgan, all of Liverpool, and three sisters, Mrs. Floyd Walters of Liverpool, Mrs. Wallace Lamson of Baldwinsville and Mrs. Howard Samsel of North Syracuse.
Services will be at 9 a.m. Friday at the Maurer Funeral Home, 300 Second St., Liverpool. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Warners.
Friends may call 7 to 9 p.m. today, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
