She was born on March 22, 1940 in Patterson, New Jersey to Alex and Helen Neary.
She was preceded in death by her brothers Alex Neary, Jr and Michael Radacovich
Joy is survived by her daughter Holly Todd Primeaux, son Tyler Todd, sister Susie Hobbs, grandchildren Lexi Primeaux, Lindsey Primeaux, Peyton Primeaux, Dawson Todd, Braxton Todd and many other loving family and friends.
A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held on Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at 6 o’clock at Crowder Funeral Home, 1645 East Main Street, League City, Texas 77573.
