Zanetta was born in Tacoma WA to Alyce and Floyd Bryant. She grew up in Tacoma but lived in numerous places, first moving to Puyallup WA then Texas, Louisiana, Hawaii, Germany, back to Washington, California, Arizona, and finally found her last stop back in California. As far back as most can remember, Zanetta had an insatiable thirst for playing bingo whenever, wherever she could swing a dobber. She was known to have better than average luck by winning more than some would say was her fair share. She delighted in family gatherings almost as much as her weekly bingo. She was a mainstay at Vallejo’s Mayor Florence Douglas Senior Center Wednesday afternoon bingo games and also at Fairfield’s Senior Center on Friday nights. She will be missed by family and bingo friends alike. She was preceded in death by her husband Ernest Lepper, son Douglas Lepper, and daughter Debra Chandler. She is survived by 3 daughters, 1 son, 1 sister, 8 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, 3 nephews and 1 niece.
Internment will be at the Suisun-Fairfield Cemetery with a graveside service. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Humane Society of North Bay, 1121 Sonoma Blvd, Vallejo CA 94590, in memory of Zanetta Lepper.
