Julie LaNell Miles, 27, Fort Worth, Texas, formerly of Kansas, died June 3, 1991, at the home. She was born in Waxahachie, Texas, and lived in Paola, Kan., for nine years before moving to Fort Worth three years ago.

Miss Miles was administrative assistant to the vice president of Edward Blank Associates, Fort Worth. She graduated from Southwestern Assemblies of God College, Waxahachie, and attended North Texas State University. She was a member of the Metroplex Chapel, Euless, Texas, and its choir and Worship Singers.

Survivors include her parents, the Rev. Derrell Miles and Gayle Miles of Independence; a brother, David Lewis Miles, Springfield, Mo.; her paternal grandmother, Lorene Miles, Rowlett, Texas; and her maternal grandparents, Aaron and Nellie Brooks of Kansas City, Kan.

Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at the Englewood Assembly of God Church, Independence; burial in Highland Park Cemetery. Friends may call from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Thursday at the church. The family suggests contributions to the Englewood Assembly of God Church.
