Brad was a truck driver for Naylor Trucking and loved old cars, street rods, and Harley’s. He was an inventor always making things and enjoyed helping others. His greatest joy was being around kids, especially his grandkids, and he loved his German Shepherds.
Survivors include his wife Tina (Higgins) Porter of Bloomington, son, Kendall Porter of Bloomington, 2 granddaughters, Madison Maxwell and Kynsley Marie Porter, mother, Janet Faye Porter, 2 sisters; Jeanna Porter of Bloomington and Terrie Porter of Spencer, brother, Roger Porter of Bloomington, and 5 nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father Bobby Porter and son Brandon Porter.
Visitation for Brad will be from 3-7 pm Friday February 26, 2016 at The Funeral Chapel of Powell and Deckard, 3000 E. Third St. Bloomington. Services will follow at 7:00 pm.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Brad’s family in care of Tina Porter.
