Born in Plains, PA, she was a daughter of the late Victor and Anna Subzda.
A homemaker for most of her life, Mrs. Knight was employed as a proofreader for the former Josten’s in Souderton.
Mrs. Knight enjoyed monthly trips to Atlantic City and walking on the Boardwalk, and also to Wilkes-Barre to eat her favorite pizza at Victory Pig Pizza. Her hobbies included shopping, gardening, swimming, cooking, and spending time with her family, who claim she made the best grilled cheese and stuffed cabbage around.
She is survived by a daughter, Marianna Timmer and her husband Dennis, Lower Macungie Township, two granddaughters: Jennifer Knight of Telford, Julie R. Turner and her husband William of Orefield, and five great grandchildren: Brianna, Morgan, Billy, Joey, and Maddie. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter Jacqueline S. Knight-Spoerl, two grandchildren: Amy Knight-Spoerl and Christopher D. Timmer.
Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, February 28, 2016 at 6:00 PM in the Sadler-Suess Funeral Home, 33 N. Main St., Telford. Family will receive friends from 4:00-6:00 PM prior to the service. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family in George Washington Memorial Park in Plymouth Meeting.
