Alice W. Anspauch died August 10, 2006 at Prospect Park Living Center, Estes Park, Colorado. Alice Byxbe was born October 14, 1912 in Omaha, Nebraska to Lyman and Geneva (Blackwell) Byxbe. Alice graduated from the Omaha High School and lived in Omaha until 1933. She began coming to Estes Park for the summers in 1923. Alice moved to Fort Collins, Colorado and lived there until 1946. On March 11, 1947 she married Rudolph F. Anspauch in Greeley, Colorado. She moved to Estes Park, Colorado in 1946 where she owned and operated an art gallery until the 1970's, with her father, artist Lyman Byxbe. Alice enjoyed reading and television. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Rudolph. She is survived by her brother-in -law Harold Anspauch.
