Charles was preceded in death by his parents, William Ernest Andrew & Bessie M. Allstun Shipman; son Cletus Shipman; brothers, Willie "Bud" Shipman, Lester "Short" Shipman & Dale Shipman; sister Christeen Marie Shipman Crowe.
Visitation will be held at the Rainey Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter, Missouri from 5 to 8 p.m. on February 25, 2016.
Funeral services will be held at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel in Dexter, Missouri at 11 a.m. on February 26, 2016 with Clyde Jacques officiating.
Burial will be at the Hagy Cemetery, Dexter, Missouri.
