She was born Dec. 21, 1909, in Forest City to Frank C. and Julia (Levison) Adams.
She attended a rural school near her home.
She married Albert N. Olson on June 19, 1927.
They couple farmed in the Forest City area. Mr. Olson died Feb. 21, 1966, and Mrs. Olson moved to Forest City. In 1985, she moved into the Good Samaritan Center.
Mrs. Olson was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church.
She enjoyed knitting and crocheting. She made many afghans and sweaters for family and friends.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Janice Taylor, Hayward, Wis.; two sons, Marlin "Whitey" and Ordean, both of Forest City; 11 grandchildren; five great grandchildren; a sister, Rose Remakel, Las Vegas , Nev.; two brothers, Francis Adams and Virgil Adams, both of Albert Lea, Minn., and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a daughter, a son and two brothers.
