Michael A. Fritz, 50, passed away at 7:20 a.m. Wednesday, February 17, 2016, at Hospice and Community Care in Mount Joy.

Michael was born November 11, 1965, in York, and was the son of Shirley (Weigle) Fritz from Manchester and the late Russell Fritz.

He graduated from Northeastern High School in 1984. He was a member of Manchester Assembly of God in Manchester.

In addition to his mother, Shirley, Michael is survived by his two sisters, Sharon Fritz of Seven Valleys and Angie (Fritz) Nguyen of York; two aunts, Sally Weigle and Carol Levan; his uncle, Roger Weigle; and two nieces, Meredith and Addison

A memorial service for Michael will begin at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, February 25, 2016, at Manchester Assembly of God Church, 4115 Board Road, Manchester 17345. Burial will be private. Officiating at the service will be his pastor, The Rev. Thomas Gilman. Arrangements have been entrusted to The Diehl Funeral Home & Cremation Center of Mount Wolf.
