Virginia Sue Reinhart Key, 74, of Wichita Falls, passed away Sunday, February 21, 2016.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, February 22, 2016 in the chapel of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls. Graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at Ft. Sill National Cemetery in Elgin, Oklahoma under the direction of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.
Virginia was born on November 29, 1941 in Ferdonia, Kansas to the late Charles and Lucille (Dix) Reinhart. On April 2, 1963, she married Gerald Irwin Key. Virginia was a homemaker. She enjoyed traveling, and making things for her grandchildren and bringing joy through little things to all who met her. Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Key; her brother, Raymond Reinhart; her sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Larry.
She is survived by her two daughters, Stephanie Lynne Diehl and husband Terry of Freeport, IL., and Anita Mae Crowley and husband Kevin of Wichita Falls, TX; two grandchildren, Jone Elizabeth (Crowley) Link of Georgia, and Roman Dean Key-Crowley and wife Emylee of San Antonio, TX; two great grandchildren, Samantha and Kyle; her sister-in-law, Margorie Reinhart; and numerous nieces and nephews.
