Prominent Utah Man Dies Suddenly at Long Beach Sanitarium—Formerly Sat on Bench of Supreme Court W. C. Hall of Salt Lake City, former judge of the supreme court of Utah and at one time secretary of the old territory, died yesterday afternoon at the Long Beach sanitarium. Judge Hall was stricken with apoplexy at 1:30 o'clock and was dead at 3 o'clock.

With his wife and daughter Judge Hall came to Los Angeles several weeks ago and made his home on Corondolet street, He frequently visited Los Angeles and Long Beach during the winter and spring months and on several occasions had been a patient at the Long Beach sanitarium. Fearing the return of a heart trouble with which he was afflicted, Judge Hall, accompanied by his daughter, went to the Long Beach sanitarium yesterday morning. Within a short time be suffered the stroke of apoplexy. He was 65 years old. The body will be taken to Salt Lake City for burial.
