Jamie Ray “James” Foster, 41, son of Johnny Rea and Judy Barbara (Mohler) Foster, passed away February 14, 2015.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 28, 2015 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Ottawa, Kansas.

James was born Tuesday, March 6, 1973, in Ottawa. He graduated from Ottawa High School with the class of 1992. He was employed at Ransom Memorial Hospital as a floor technician. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, and was very active hunting, fishing and camping.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Clarence E. Mohler; and paternal grandmother, Alive E. Davison.

Survivors include his parents; maternal grandmother, Lana M. (O’Brien-Mohler) Kilgore of Leavenworth, Kansas; sister, Jona Leeann Foster-Weber and husband, Matthew of Dallas, Georgia; two nieces, Jasmine Danee Weber, and Jessica Marie Weber-Vest and husband, Aaron all of Dallas, Georgia; two great nephews, Michael Alexander, and Ian Matthew of Richmond Hill, Georgia.
