Leo Duguid Hawkins, 85, of Dover passed away on Saturday, February 20, 2016 at Crystal Coast Hospice House in Newport.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Annie Hawkins; sisters, Lonie Moore and Annie Lewis; brothers, William, Thomas, Robert, and Raymond Hawkins.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Sunday, February 21, 2016 at Howard-Carter Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 22, 2016 at Howard-Carter Funeral Home with Pastor Dwight Williams officiating. Burial will follow the service at Pinelawn Memorial Park.
