Paula Jean Hays, 12, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harry E. Hays,6101 East 148th terrace. Grandview, died yesterday at Children's Mercy hospital of heart disease. She was born at Harrisonville. Paula had attended for three years the Coronation of Our Lady school and was a student at the Belvedere elementary school. She was a member of the Coronation of Our Lady Catholic church and the Belvedere Girl Scout troop. Also surviving are a brother, Roger Hays of the home; three sisters. Mrs. Joan Romeo, Santa Ana, Calif.; Mrs. Ilaha Sprague, Colorado Springs and Miss Karen Hays of the home. Services will be held at 9 o'clock Saturday at the church; burial in the Belton cemetery. The rosary will be said at 8:30 o'clock tonight at the George-Grandview chapel.
