Oldest Byesville Citizen Is Dead
Isaac Peters Succumbs Monday at Age of 94
Byesville, O, March 15 -- Isaac Peters, 94, oldest citizen of Byesville, died at his home on Spruce street at 4 o'clock Monday morning following a stroke of apoplexy Saturday. His wife preceded him in death many years ago. Funeral arrangements, which will be under the direction of the Herlan funeral home at Byesville, had not been completed at 10:30 o'clock Monday night.
Surviving are five children, Mrs Myrtle Straw, Mrs Carl Ridgely, Mrs William Rose, Mrs Charles Freeman, and Jack Peters, all of Byesville. A number of grandchildren also survive.
