Angela Gail Dennis Turner of Albemarle, passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at Carolinas Medical Center- Main -Charlotte.
Mrs. Turner was born December 23, 1966 to James Edward Dennis and Annie Lois Furr Dennis. In addition to her father, Angela was also preceded in death by her grandparents, William Riley Furr, Mattie Gardner Furr Huneycutt, Theodore Ted Huneycutt, Clifton Dennis, and Essie Chandler Dennis.
Angela was an avid Carolina Panthers fan that loved helping others. She will be remembered as a family woman that was loved by everyone. Mrs. Turner was a lucky woman with the support of three churches Dunns Grove Baptist Church, Anderson Grove Baptist Church, and a current member of Prospect Baptist Church.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Friday, February 19, 2016 at Hartsell Funeral Home-Albemarle. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 20, 2016 at 3:00 pm at Anderson Grove Baptist Church, 2225 East Main St. Albemarle officiated by Pastor Stoney Benfield and Pastor Jeremy Holt. Burial will follow at the Anderson Grove Baptist Church Cemetery at 2225 East Main Street, Albemarle.
Survivors include: mother, Annie Lois Furr Dennis; brother, Randy James Dennis and wife Amy; son, Brandon Turner; fiancée Tim Efird; niece, Halie Dennis and fiancée Leroy Swain; great-niece, Alydia Swain and her beloved compainion Sassy.
