James C. Harwell, 82, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2016, peacefully at his lodge home overlooking Lake Tawakoni with his family attending. Jim was a well-known geophysicist who loved his career in the oil and gas industry. He will be missed by those still here, but will be welcomed into the arms of the Lord and his wife for eternity. He was preceded by his wife of 58 years, Frances. Survivors: Daughter, Donna Milburn and her husband, Chris; son, Greg Harwell and his wife, Beth; grandchildren, Brandon Milburn and Nicole Holcombe, Mallory and Mason Harwell, Aubrey and Sheldon Bonewitz; and great-granddaughters, Isabella and McKenna Holcombe.
