David Arthur Walls, 90, of Battiest, OK passed away February 18, 2016 in Idabel, OK. He was born May 9, 1925 in Siden, AR the son of Henry and Maudie (Neal) Walls.

He attended Hochatown First Assembly of God Church. David served his country in the US Army during WWII; he enlisted in November 1943 in Phoenix, AZ. He was a lifetime member of the VFW, NRA. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and traveling. He loved his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

David leaves to cherish his memory his children, daughter, Barbara McDonald and husband, J.W., son, Roger Walls and wife, Molly all of Battiest, OK; grandchildren, JoLynne Shields, Janine Anderson, Jackie Tress, Angela Walls, Roger Wade Walls, Molly Katherine Creasey and Christina Walls; twenty great-grandchildren; thirteen great-great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Clella L. (Blanton) Walls in 1999; five sisters and five brothers.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Graveside at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 20, 2016 at Hochatown Cemetery, Hochatown, OK with Bro. David Hardin officiating.
