An avid artist, music enthusiast, lover of opera and the fine arts. A teacher and life long learner.
Family was first and foremost in her life. Her whimsical manner and generous heart inspired and touched every one she met.
Wife of the late Joseph Leonard Bortin; mother of Seth, Josh and Jane and stepmother of Michael, Betty and Elise; sister of Gerald and Gloria; grandmother to Dustin, Jenna, Tyler, Joey and Tiger.
Preceded in death by her son Jacob and stepson Jeffrey.
Services will be held Thursday, September 21st, 1:00 P.M at Home of Peace Cemetery, 1299 El Camino Real, Colma. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Jewish Family and Children Services.
