Elsie Brown was born 3 Dec 1900 at Bonavista, Newfoundland d/o Robert Brown 1865-1931 and his wife Sarah Ann Oldford nee Squires. In 1902 the family moved to Toronto, Ontario where Robert was a carpenter and building contracter. On 14 Apr 1927 she married Fred Bromley of Toronto. She later married Wilmot Wiles of Toronto. She passed away in November 1975 and buried at Sanctuary Park Cemetery.
