On January 17th Dolores Mary (Detaege) Aubry, age 87, found everlasting peace with her loving family at her side. She is now reunited with her beloved husband Joseph in Heaven.

Dolores and Joseph were married on May 8, 1948 in Oconto, WI. Joe preceded her in death on March 1, 2005.

Dolores was an amazing seamstress and made her beautiful wedding dress out of Joe's Marine parachute. She also sewed most of her children's and their doll clothing without patterns. Dolores had a knack for making sure a welcoming smell of fresh baked bread, raised donuts, cookies or her famous "gooie cinnamon rolls" greeted her children when they came home from school. Dolores's hobbies included golfing, playing bridge, creating fashionable unique hats in the 70's and crocheting Afghans for her children and grandchildren.

She loved music and dancing, especially the polka. The last song Dolores sang with her children was "You are My Sunshine". Dolores loved wintering with Joe in Arizona and their many trips, especially the Vatican in Rome. Dolores always looked forward to spending time with her grandchildren and attending their school and sporting events.
