Mrs. Cleveland Hanson Dead
....Mrs. Minnie Alice Hanson, who lived at 10 South State, died in St. Mary's hospital Wednesday morning at 11:45 o'clock.
....Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at the Roberts-Blue chapel at 3:30 o'clock. The Rev. Orlie Wilbur, paster of the First Baptist Church, will officiate. burial will be at the Toledo cemetery west of Emporia. [Now known as Hillside cemetery.]
....Mrs. Hanson was born April 2, 1882, in Clarksburg, Mo., A daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Marion Martin. She was married to Cleveland Hanson in Kansas City, Mo., March 10, 1910, and the moved to Saffordville the same year. They came to Emporia in 1944.
....Surviving Mrs. Hanson are her husband, of the home; one son, Marion Henry Hanson, Wichita; two daughters, Mrs. Orie Cleous, Argonia, and Mrs. J. L. Bugbee, 500 Carter; one sister, Mrs. Sallie Milbourn, California, Mo.; two granddaughters (Ruth & Teresa)and one grandson (Everett).
