Smith, Perry, FL, 5 children: Lisa Ann Smith of Perry, Dorothy Marie and John Davis of Perry, Laura Annette and Mitchell Lambert of Branford, Jonathon Wade and Vickie Smith of Tallahassee, and Barbara Rose Smith, 3 brothers: Harvey, Carroll, and Randy Sadler, 3 sisters: Geraldine Lundy, Bernice Russell, and Becky McLeod, 9 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
