Billie Lee Murphy, 88, of Savoy, Texas, passed away on February 14, 2016, in Savoy. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m., Wednesday, February 17, 2016, at Hurst’s Fielder Baker Funeral Home, Farmersville. Graveside service will be at 1 p.m., Thursday, February 18, 2016, in Farmersville I. O. O. F. Cemetery with the Rev. Jim McIntire officiating.
Billie was born in Farmersville, Texas, to the late Virgil and Bessie Eads. She was married to C. E. Murphy. She worked as a Food Service Supervisor in the Food Service Industry.
She was preceded in death by her husband.
Survivors include her daughter, Catherine Chapman and husband, William David, of Bonham, Texas; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
