Funeral services are scheduled for Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Pastor Bill Compton will officiate. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 16, 2016 from 5 - 7 pm at the funeral home.
Mrs. Brown was born August 5, 1931 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Lloyd Wilke Van De Water and Louise Foreman Van De Water. She was a loving mother and a devoted wife as well as a member of Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church, Warner Robins.
Jennie was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Harold Micheal Brown; three brothers and four sisters.
Mrs. Brown is survived by her son, Michael (Vanessa) Brown of Ocala, Florida; daughters, Cheryl Reagan of Anchorage, Alaska and Vicki (Jim) Davis of Gainesville, Georgia; sons, George (Eli) Brown of Cullowhee, North Carolina, Harold (Mary) Brown of Cleburne, Texas, Mark (Denise) Brown of Harvest, Alabama and David (Sue) Brown of Prince George, Virginia; grandchildren: Bonnie King, Janine Petry, Lydia Lopez-Konstantinous, Ginger Wright, Jeremiah Reagan, Courtney Davis, Kyle Davis, Jesse Pulsipher, Aaron Pulsipher, Rebekah Pulsipher, Callista Brown, Amanda Brown, Daniel M. Brown, Christopher H. Brown, Jason Fox-Jackson, John Jackson, Jonathan Brown and Nic Brown; 24 great-grandchildren, and her loving sister, Marie Larson of Savannah, Georgia.
