ITALY - Lottie John "Johnie" Pinckard, 88, a dry goods store owner and operator, died Saturday at a hospital.
Graveside service: 2 p.m. Monday in Itasca Cemetery in Itasca.
Lottie John "Johnie" Pinckard was born April 8, 1908, in Itasca, the daughter of Vivian and Lottie Mead Downum. She owned and operated Pinckard's Dry Goods Store in Italy, Texas, for 29 years.
She was married to Chester Pinckard, who preceded her in death on Oct. 14, 1984.
Survivors: Brothers-in-law, Jim Pinckard of Fort Worth and Leslie Pinckard of Houston; cousins, Alice Ann Jordon and Elnorane Atkinson of Itasca, Cleo Wheeler and Elaine Harmon of Fort Worth, Jane Morton of Grand Prairie; and loving friends, G.D. and Dortha Cockerham of Everman and Jeff Cockerham of Dallas.
