SOPHIA MARGARET HINKEL
Services for Mrs. Sophia Margaret Hinkel, 82, of 367 Spaulding st., who died Saturday, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the First Evangelical and Reformed church.
Mrs. Hinkel died at her home. She was born in Germany and came to the United States 66 years ago. She had lived in Akron 46 years. She was a member of the Fifty Year club and the Ladies Aid society of the First church.
She leaves two sons, Walter and John; six daughters, Miss Lena Hinkel, Mrs. Elizabeth Roesel, Mrs. Rose Baab, Mrs. Mary Mangold, Mrs. Katherine Hanes and Mrs. Margaret Farwell, all of Akron; four brothers, Jacob, George and Daniel Bickler, all of Akron, and Ernest of Youngstown; 14 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Billow chapel after 4 p.m. today. Burial will be at Mt. Peace Cemetery.
